Hi,
Use Clean boot,
Troubleshoot Application Conflicts by Performing a Clean Startup
Click Start and type in the search box,
msconfig
Click on the suggestion on top or hit the Enter key,
Go to the Startup section and take some screen shots for a complete list,
Go to the Services section and on the bottom left Check the box to Hide All Microsoft services,
Repeat the screen shots,

Myself I would remove all those ticked in the Start up tab if it is an essential service ie your AV then it will eventually start up only just not at start up - unless I am terribly wrong because the only thing I keep ticked is CCleaner on all my machines 7 and 10 alike and there has been no problems for me.

As for those that Thrash Zone has asked about maybe this is too simple but a Google of internet do and persistence do give me Internet download Manager and a software from Absolute Software so do you have some software like that on the machine??

Thanks ICIT2LOL,
There have another software on the machine that is "driver talent". One thing that please suggest me about my memory module. is it okay or need any changed? Should I go for normal start up instead of selective start up? Again thanks for your nice cooperation.

Hi,
Can you upload a screen shot of you uninstall a program list ?

If you go to the top right next to the question mark symbol and switch the page view to List you should be able to get everything in one screen shot.

You might need to use the Go Advanced button instead of the Quick reply button to see the paper clip to upload the screen shot.

But to properly use clean boot one would uncheck everything except security suite to trouble shoot issues.
It's all windows really needs anyway
Any unknowns should be looked into
