Windows 7 Stuck at Loading Screen

Good Morning Everyone, this is my first post and sorry of my bad English but this problem is really made me very sad, here I will explain my issue as simple as I can:

My Brother owns HP laptop, it is running with windows 8, last few days ago, he would likes to downgrade from Windows 8 to Windows 7, then I downloaded fresh Windows 7 iso and burned it in DVD, after I installed it, I have lost whole important drivers with USB and Network Wi-Fi drivers and was not able to get drivers since no Internet, no USB removable and no DVD RW drive are supported. After a hard searching to get drivers, I installed windows 8 again and downloaded all drivers needed and put them in Local Disk D, then I installed window 7 again and install all drivers successfully, and my computer was really fast and fine.

After a couple of times I got updates from windows updates, thereafter my computer restarted and running without any problem, the problem appeared after I shut down my computer and trying to turn it on again then it will imminently stuck on windows starting screen. So my problem only appears after shutting down and trying to turn it on again, when I make restart it will not stuck, only after shutting down it will. I tried different methods to solve the problem but unfortunately all were failed to solve to starting my computer up.

NOTE: It will not stuck on loading screen if I boot it on safe mode and then I restart my computer. But if I shut it down, it will stuck again.
I tried to solve it with Startup Repair with installation disk too and it worked but same as safe mode only if my computer is on.
I tried to restore windows but it same.
I will be very happy if I got solution of my problem. Thanks

Where did you get the Windows 7 iso file ?

And just some constructive criticism, you should have known you would need the ethernet drivers and got them before you installed 7, but now you have them yes ????

Not sure why an update would cause it, but that does seem like what`s happening.

    Was Windows 7 activated ??

Using a torrent is not a good idea, and may be part of the problem.

If you indeed have a Windows 7 activation key, I could post the direct Microsoft link.

You`d have to tell me what version of Windows, what bit rate 32 or 64, and what language.
