8007002 continual unknown folder errors

Hello To Brink, I was wondering if you could help me. ICIT2OL has been helping me out the last few days
with this issue, but I have been looking on the internet for different solutions, some say make a new user
account or profile in case your files are corrupt, but I do not know clearly how to do this without making
more mistakes.
