And similar clicks drilling down through Task Scheduler.

Details here:

Also check here:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\DataCollection

Create a new DWORD (32-Bit), name it AllowTelemetry and give it a value of 0. If the key does not exist, you will have to create it.

If that key doesn't exist on your machine it probably will do soon.

See: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3192403

Personally I have gone even further and remapped routing table for MS telemetry collection ip's. Currently I see no telemetry being sent.

I just noticed that I also have this:

Code:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\DataCollection]
"AllowTelemetry"=dword:00000000
"DisableEnterpriseAuthProxy"=dword:00000001

Is there no way to script these changes?

If you must try then read post #27 and the following posts here:

Note: It is wise to make a a system image backup before making these types of changes.

Also I've added 23.99.160.139 to the list on my own machine.

You are probably wasting your time unless you are prepared to constantly monitor all connections and investigate them.
