I don't know much about custom themes. I use Classic Theme and have always used it other than sometimes switching to other built in themes for test purposes.

The obvious questions is:

What happens if you move a file from a folder onto your desktop then right click a blank part of your desktop?

Do you see "Undo Move" appear in the context menu?

And if you see it - does it work?

OK - tried that and no, don't see 'Undo Move'. However, I do see an 'Undo Delete (CTRL+Z)'. I cliked it and a dialogue appeared requesting approval for the last delete I did. Odd, as I do not ever recall seeing that before. I must be more myopic than I thought, having been a Win7 user since it's release and never once recall seeing that there!
