Url Html icons broken

    Url Html icons broken


    I dread reinstalling windows 7 because something always goes wrong.
    Anyway, now all the .html and .url icons look like the image attached.
    they should look like the default browser icon, chrome's icon, but they don't.
    Did I reinstall windows 7 incorrectly?

    What is the default association for HTML etc that probably whats not set
