    Windows 7 Bug?

I noticed when you open the library windows and windows media player, they don't snap to the sides correctly. They seem to overlap each other instead of taking up exactly half the screen. Can any else check this for me before I report to Microsoft?

    Thanks,

    Hello Iknewitwin7,

They stack side by side evenly for me. Not sure why they are not for you. You might see if using the Show windows side by side option from the taskbar menu may work better for you.

    Hope this helps,
    Shawn

It works fine for me, except when I use specifically Library window with Windows media player window side by side. All other app windows work fine. I also duplicated it on my desktop. Just weird.

More info: It's not when Media player is playing music or video, only at the explorer of windows media player

Strange, I would definitely send feedback to MS about it.

    Good work Iknewitwin7!

That's exactly what we and MS need to see. Maybe you might be interested in the Poll question (and rant) I'm about to post

I notice some windows are restricted as far as aspect ratio, such as the Media Center.

You did not mention the disappearing windows when you mouse over the taskbar thumbnail with multiple applications open. I think that is pretty cool.

I also appreciate the explorer folder on the taskbar. It save me many steps in accessing my system. But I suppose you can add that to the task bar in Vista so maybe is isn't that special.

If you are referring to the video, this is not me who posted it. It's a channel I subscribe to in youtube. When he complained about the overlay, I duplicated the same thing on my laptop, and desktop, and posted here. I also got permission from the owner to post this in sevenforums.
