Access a Win 8.1 hotmail account on my Win 7 network.

    Access a Win 8.1 hotmail account on my Win 7 network.


    Well here's the story. I have 4 Win7 systems and one Win 8.1. "which is logged in through a Hotmail account."From 8.1 I can access all the other systems. But from the other 4 Win 7 systems I cannot access the 8.1 system! I know the credentials are right but still no access.. This is simple I know it is but I just can't see it. I know this has to be a web access issue too. Help....

    I`m assuming the W7 PC`s and the W8 PC are all on the same Homegroup ? Did you double check this ?

    Hotmail is not a W8 program persay, you should be able to look at it on your W7 PC`s.

    I personally would not use any MS email services. Not when you can use your ISP program if they have one, Yahoo, Gmail etc
