Problem runing task sheduler when user not logged on?

hi guys. here is my problem

i cant get my task scheduler to run my tasks when I was not logged on in windows 7 x64 ultimate, cant find the answer anywhere. if i check the option in the task properties.. Run the task 'whether user is logged on or not' by entering my admin password.. it does nothing but if i unchecked 'Run whether user is logged on or not'.. tasks runs without any problem, cant find fix anywhere. looking for some help from you guys... thanks!
