| | Try looking in the registry at HKEY_Current_User\Software and remove any instance you see there of the program. Repeat it in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software |

With more and more space being added cleaning up is a bitch sometime. Sometimes things are left behind even when you uninstall and you have to manually clean, but if you've change a lot of **** over a year or so and don't know what to manually clean I just like to re-format my OS partition. I do it in linux too! I think it helps keep things neat, and I'm all about having my dir's neat and clean. |

| | ok, anyone got any other ideas, it just sais it isnt there, 'could not find this item this is no longer located in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs Verify the item's location and try again' might be a problem with the software install, its pretty obscure software, ill see if anyone else has had problems with this, or email the company |
