Your words "Try Any Thing", might be a bit overkill, but system image, would do it.

Try looking in the registry at HKEY_Current_User\Software and remove any instance you see there of the program.
Repeat it in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software

The hastle of cleaning, when you can install in 30-45 minutes (and can do it while lets say PLAYING GUITAR!!!!) it's just a nice way to clean up. With more and more space being added cleaning up is a bitch sometime. Sometimes things are left behind even when you uninstall and you have to manually clean, but if you've change a lot of **** over a year or so and don't know what to manually clean I just like to re-format my OS partition. I do it in linux too! I think it helps keep things neat, and I'm all about having my dir's neat and clean.

ok, anyone got any other ideas, it just sais it isnt there,
'could not find this item
this is no longer located in
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
Verify the item's location and try again'

might be a problem with the software install, its pretty obscure software, ill see if anyone else has had problems with this, or email the company
