| | I've been using HP Pavilion and HDX laptops some years now, currently two Pavilions and a HDX at home and one Pavilion at work. I have never had any problems with HP products and at least here in Germany and my native Finland they have an excellent customer service. IMO, a dv4 series laptop is a good buy. Kari |
