    Takeownership Shortcut


    Hi

    I have been trying to get the takeownership shortcut added to my right click menu.

    I have downloaded the ZIP file and followed the instructions to merge it into my registry, however the shortcut still doesn't appear in my right-click menu.

    Can anyone help if they have had this problem or advise how I can get it to work?

    My OS is Windows 7 Professional x64

    Yes I followed the tutorial exactly but the link doesn't appear in the right click menu

    are you right clicking on a file when you check for the option?

    Right click on a FOLDER and see if you see it.

Hi guys n girls, I have for ever got sick and tired of right click -> open Send to Menu and creating a Desktop Shortcut for a file or app....then needing to go to the Desktop right click the newly made shortcut and then removing the trailing file extension, dash and words shortcut in brackets....

Ever hear of a nice context menu you can install that allows you to take ownership of all files and subfiles? I have, and it messed up my explorer. It will frequently crash when I right-click folders, but most often when trying to right click drives. I have tried: 1. Windows 7 repair tool 2....

as the titel declares, is there any patch or something to make Windows 7 shortcuts not rename theirselves to "application.exe - shortcut" but rename theirselves into just "application.exe"? I find it very annoying having to erase " - shortcut" from the name all the time.
