My task manager is missing menus and tabs, I mustve pressed something but dont know what!

This is because Task Manager is running in tiny foot-print mode. To change to default view and get the menu options back, double-click the border of the Task Manager in top right hand corner.

You can actually just double-click anywhere inside task manager and it will change, you don't have to really do it in a certain spot. I usually just double-click in a graph.

OT but anyone here use Process Explorer as substitute. It's way more intuitive IMO.
