My Studio 1535 Gets Crazy

Hello , First of all i want to sorry for my English . Ok there is my problem , i installed Windows 7 x64 on my Dell Studio 1535 , all works fine ,but when my Mobile Phone is near my laptop it's get crazy.When I'm getting SMS or call it looks like my mouse roll goes up and down all the time when i'm getting call.For example my Mozilla FireFox page goes up and down. This problem is too when I'm using Vodafone mobile Connect internet and it's use GPRS cennection.This looks like is something wrong with device waves.Who can help me with this problem?
