| | Desktop icons dissapeared, broken desktop... Hello Windows 7 forums I am new and it is nice to meet you. Now down to business. I upgraded my laptop about a month ago to Windows 7 Ultimate from Vista. The other day I came on and none of my desktop icons were on my desktop. I restarted my computer a few times hoping that would work but, it has not. I also realized that my highlighting option when holding down the mouse button and dragging also does not work. | | Right click desktop, under views check show desktop icons has a tick next to it |
