As you can see there is no process using the RAM, and task manager shows the same list with the box ticked to show all processes from all users. This happens when installing bigger programs normally to disk.
That's an odd one alright which suggests a software problem with the process viewer being used or in Windows. With 2gb installed you may have to try a few other system process viewers.
With 4gb at ilde here I use the System Process Explorer to see...
with a look at the lengthy list of active processes to see...

Another alternative to the performance monitor seen in Windows Vista and 7 beta for identifying any memory grabber by name is the MS autoruns tool available at Autoruns for Windows
It's more likely that you are seeing a Windows problem since hardware mapping wouldn't take all that up either.
