I have this weird and annoying problem that wont go away.
If i have ANY window open (windows explorer, internet explorer, etc.) i am unable to minimize, maximize, or close the window by clicking in the upper-right corner of any of the windows.
Can someone please help me out because it is very annoying.

Was it working when you first installed and if so when did it stop working and have you installed or changed anything prior to the problem?

And as stated above, have their been any hardware or software changes lately?

I am having the same issue but only on other accounts. The main account that was created when I installed Windows works but any other account fails to allow me to move, close. or resize windows. I have installed this on multiple machines and have the same issue on all.
