I need access to ALL folders - yet some are denied?

    I need access to ALL folders - yet some are denied?


    I am admin/main account and for some reason I have access denied to certain folders.

    I need access to ALL folders

    How can I allow access to certain folders/ALL folders?

    C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts

    D is my media HDD and I dont know what these junk files are, but I want them gone off of my HDD. I've tried to Take Ownership & also Unlocker & they didnt work. (Unlocker didnt even show up when I right clicked a file)

    When setting permissions there are two check boxes that need to be selected as according to the screen shots below.
    Attached Thumbnails Attached Thumbnails I need access to ALL folders - yet some are denied?-untitled.png   I need access to ALL folders - yet some are denied?-untitled2.png

    Its still giving me the same error messages:
