Build is upgraded with latest drivers, updates during install if you select "keep connected to internet during install"

Windows Updates finishes them off with what's left.

If you have a legit version, you shouldn't be worried about the build numbers. On other boards, a thread like this is locked, because it most often refers to people using "warez" copies. If you have a legit license and media, you have no worries about checking builds.
