win7 speech recognition

In which languages i can use win7 speech recognition?
I found only the english version.

Windows 8 Pro (32-bit)

according to Wikipedia:
Currently, the application supports several languages, including English (U.S. and British), Spanish, German, French, Japanese and Chinese (traditional and simplified).[1] Support for additional languages is planned for future releases
I haven't actually used it yet but i"m doing so now. then i'll tell you how to access different languages.

I use soeech recognition promarily for entering numbers into spreadsheets. I decided to try the native WIN 7 Speech Recognition rather than upgrading Dragon. I can't get to accurately do numbers. Is there a command or key you can use to specifiy numbers?
