how do I turn on traditional window commands?

When I do a search in W Explorer, I'm getting groupings. That's nice, but I'd like to turn it off. In Vista I did that using the VIEW pulldown menu. But, the "traditional" menu bar isn't there.

Can I turn that menu bar on? Or, if not, can I remove groupings.

Right click an empty space, then Group>None.

To get the Menu Bar back, go to Organize>Layout>Menu Bar.

Also if you wish to have access to the menu but keep the look of Windows 7, pressing the alt key will show the menus temporarily

What reghakr tells you above can also be done from the Organize Menu (Organize>Folderand Search Options>View Tab>Always show Menus) in My Computer or any Windows Explorer view.
