Resizing Window Size

Hi everybody sorry if that has been posted before

Simple question really is there a F button or some other combination that will open a window to it's maximum viewing size? I am so fed up of stretching it wide with the mouse

TIA

Steve

Irritating that since around 7048 no known fix for setting default IE8 windows size has worked.

It is the only remaining bug that hasn't been worked out, for me.

I finally gave up and downloaded WindowSizer to my systray.

No i don't mean IE8 I just mean a window in WIN 7 in general for example I want to save a file to my external drive. it always opens a small window that I then have to resize to get to where I want to save it to

Well it's spose to be that you drag it to the size you want, then click the Resize box next to the red X a couple of times and it should remember the position.

There are other fixes but that one still works on my explorer windows.
