Windows 7 - thumbnails and tab keeps going back or fwd!!!

hey guys i kinda have a problem with windows seven
1) the thumbail preview on my taskbar does not work

i tried downloading it but it shows the first image below when i click on merge

2) another thing is say im yping in the search box or somethin the cursor keeps goin back like it will tab and go on to the next item or previous item

Do you have aero enabled? The live preview won't function without it.

Hello Murasakirain, and welcome to Seven Forums.

The warning you get is normal after you click on Merge. You will just need to click on OK to approve the merge. As Smartey posted above, you will also need to have Aero enabled.

hey how do i enable areo? also tried enablin ghte thumbnail thing and now its totally gone!!!!!!!!!!

What kind of system are you using? Is it a laptop/notebook with an integral touchpad?

Aero is enabled automatically if your computer meets the requirements listed in the link above.

What do you mean by it's gone completely now? Could you post a screenshot of what you mean to help?
