Things Disappearing, AGAIN Hey, something strange is happenning to my PC, a few weeks later when installed Windows 7 prof x64 on restart settings I did would disappear, adobe flash player plugin and stuff like that. That was another thread, that problem was fixed by adding something in the registry.
The current problem is that after I shutdown my computer last night .... Chrome has vanished completely, Adobe PDF and other software from my PC, just disappeared over night, the uninstall option still is in Add/Rem Programs but the actual files of my applications are gone.
The only thing I could remember doing last night was to install World of Warcraft, I have AVG Antivirus free, that served me well in the last two years, but now everything is messed up, Photoshop has lost it's settings again, the font Georgia has disappeared, (that I know of) creepy.
Does anyone have and idea regarding this?? my Windows 7 installation is genuine (student stuff)
Thanks. | My System Specs |

My system 'went bonkers' right after the installation.... really awkward,
UPDATE: after two restart it even forgot that it was licensed, I had to reactivate over the internet. FREAKY
I do have a Recovery image of the entire C: drive ... but I am afraid the same thing will happen, truth is that so far I had the beta builds of Windows 7 and none of these problem occured, now, this Windows 7 Prof x64 is just annoying. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Intel OS W7 X64 Ultimate, OSX, Linux CPU Intel Core i3 540M Motherboard Intel DH55TC Memory 2GB Kingston DDR3 @ 1333MHz Graphics Card nVidia gForce 250GTs, 512MB Sound Card OnBoard Monitor(s) Displays 2xBenq E2200HDA Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard DeLux Mouse Logitech Wireless PSU Antec 700W Case Cooler Master MidTower Cooling Standard Hard Drives Linux - 160GB WD 8MB Cache 7200rpm

There is no Adobe Flash Player for 64-bit systems so, no matter how many times Windows7 nags you to install it, it won't. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Home Built OS Windows7 beta 7000 CPU Intel E6550 Motherboard Intel DP35DP Memory 8Gb Graphics Card Nvidia 8500 GT Sound Card Intel onboard sound Monitor(s) Displays Two Gateway 22" LCD monitors Screen Resolution 1680x1050 Hard Drives Two 500Gb 7200rpm SATA |

Apparently that virus or whatever it is started to delete not only my settings or installed programs, it went into deleting folders [starting alphabetically] from my projects.
What Could it be? I am scanning as I speak on a third party pc my hard drivers with KAspersky, any other AV that is better than Kaspersky ? Imma try everyone of them jsut to avoid losing my files ..... so pls helkp.
