    See this:
ThreatExpert Report: Trojan-Spy.Win32.Pophot.gzv, Trojan Horse, Mal/Pophot-A..

I would suggest that you wipe and re-install Windows. I believe this is Win32Virut, in which case all of your files have been infected.

And in case you don't wanna follow Jacee's advice, I suggest you do follow it, cause afterwards, even if you clean your system with a respectful antivirus like Avira's, later on, the Win32Virut virus will somehow remain somewhere hidden and delete your c:\windows\system32\winload.exe everytime you reboot, needing to do repair from DVD all over again.... (personal experience from several clients)

Just reinstall Windows 7, and use Avira's Antivir Premium or Avast Home antivirus, which are both free and really rock.

In my personal experience again, the first day the virus appeared AND WITH UPDATED VIRUS DEFINITIONS ON ALL ANTIVIRUS PROGRAMS:

Norton failed to clean or stop Win32Virut.
Mcaffe failed to clean or stop Win32Virut.
AVG failed to clean or stop Win32Virut.
NOD32 was completely unaware that the system had a virus infection.
Kaspersky was completely unaware that the system had a virus infection.
Avast failed to clean or stop Win32Virut.
Avira found the infected files, renamed them, and stopped any attempt to re-infect.

    Just FYI.

Bitdefender also failed to clean or stop Win32Virut.
I will be trying Avira thanks guys, I've also had some side effects. Every now and then I would hear music playing for like 5-15secs the most, I don't have a player open, not watching a video nothing audio related and I hear random sounds, and music playing and this has been happening for a while I ignored it for a couple days then I just got curious and more concerned then it just got really annoying. I don't know what to do, I'm thinking of just going back to vista. Then again 7 is just so... eh thanks again for the help.
