Windows 7 "Help Link" Displays Incorrect Help Text

Since upgrading to Windows 7 I find that when I click on the help link in a Windows dialogue box the link brings me to a totally irrelevant section in the Windows help file. As an example, I'm into a file sharing dialogue box, there is a link for "I'm having trouble sharing". If I click on the link I get this information displayed in the "Windows Help and Support".

This is not relevant to the help I was looking for. I've found this with almost every other help link. Any suggestions as to what is wrong?
