But if graphic card is burned how I still can join safe mode?
The safe mode doesn't use the graphics card at all, if I'm correct.
Perhaps the best thing to do it to get the PC serviced and see what the problem is. If you smelled something strange and think the card is damaged, it probably is just that, especially if it's not listed in Speedfan... Just curiosity, but did you check the Device Manager if the card is listed?
Yes, Safe Mode uses the GFX card. How else would it display the screen?

    How old is the machine?

If it's still under warranty, then I'd have whoever made it fix it for you. When you say you're, "taking it to the lab", do you mean taking it to your school's cnit hardware lab? If so, then there's only so much they're going to be able to do for you... they can't order and replace parts for you, that you'd have to do on your own and then bring the part to them. You'd spend less time taking it back where you got it right off the bat.

However, confirming you can do yourself. Boot back into safe mode and uninstall your video drivers. Then delete the DisplayDriver folder, located: c:\NVIDIA\DisplayDriver. Reboot the machine. 7 will use its default vga drivers. If your screen is still borked, things aren't looking good... but, just to make sure all your ducks are in order, re dl and re-install the 8 series notebook drivers and see if there are any changes?

Btw, where was the laptop when all this went down? Heat is always an issue with laptops, so you should never actually put them on your lap, or on any fabric... or other material that could impede the airflow through the vents on the bottom.

First of all, you can't have a display and not use the graphics card. In safe mode, the card runs in a limited, compatibility mode, but it is obviously being used. The monitor is plugged into it after all.

Second, the OP said he DIDN'T smell a burned smell.
