What version of Windows 7 do you have? If you have Ultimate, you can download the English language pack.
If not Ultimate, well then, you are in trouble. You will need to do a reinstall, this time with English media.

Johnathan is correct, and he types faster than me; but here is my slant. Call, Microsoft, tell them your problem. Tell them to charge you the 10 bucks for shipping etc, but you do not need a key. You only want it for one machine, etc. The attempt probably will not work, but in this economic climate and comptetion from other companies it is certainly worth a try. If it were me and the attempt failed, I would write to the President of the company. Hey it costs only a stamp.

If it is an OEM, you can try the same tactic with the computer company.
