pc power consumption on hibernate on win7

Hello, do you know how much power consumption is when you hibernate your pc under Windows 7 ?
And how can i create shourtcut to hibernate on keyboard?

Hibernate uses no power, other than to keep the clock updated.
Hibernate writes everything in RAM to the disk, and then shuts down the computer. See my post here.

This is a shortcut, just add a keyboard key:

However, use Hybrid Sleep, hibernate is obsolete.

I disagree. IMO, there is no need to be using power during the night, when nobody is going to use the machine for 7 hours. The money saved makes up for the extra 15 seconds lost each morning.
Just my opinion, of course. Feel free to disagree.

yeah I was going to say, the first thing I do is disable hybrid sleep. Booting from hibernation is incredibly fast as it is even on a laptop, so is just wasting power using hybrid sleep.
