okay to the point. i have two problems with my windows 7 64bit desktop the first is after 2 minutes of turning on it says no network access (my computer is wireless) and when i go to shut down it just displays the shutting down screen and nothing happens and it just goes on and on why is it doing this?
When it does not shut down it is because some program is not closed. You have to discover the program that causes the problem. Just before you are going to shut down check the task manager alt + contrl+ delete and view the process that are running, the problem is one of those. You could then close a few of those process, make a note of what you are closing and see if you still have the problem. If so try it again the next shut down, but with different process. We should know if about 6 shut downs or less.
You could also try to log off before shut down, that will end a lot of process and you may be able to shut down.
