WOW64 & home edition

Is WOW64 installed on the home edition of Windows 7?

If not can it be installed??

I cannot seem to find a clear answer on this issue.

Every edition of windows 7 that is 64-bit has capability of running 32-bit apps via wow64.

ok. how do I turn WOW64 on??

my application will not run at all, I just get an error message and when I click on ok the message is gone at that is it.

the error message says: an exception has occured

What application is it? You dont turn wow64 on as such, its fully integrated into the OS.

since I posted the question I found the problem. 64 bit windows does NOT support
Microsoft's Jet database engine.
