Is Filmstrip view really gone in Win 7? Help

    It's rather simple really, either download the .reg file https://www.sevenforums.com/attachmen...prockets-3.reg

    or edit it manually from within regedit.

    He doesn't want little filmstrip boarders around the thumbnails. He wants the old filmstrip feature. I do too!! Here is a preview of what it was:


    How do we get this feature called "filmstrip" back? Is it gone?

    It is gone, replaced by large thumbnails or the preview pane.

    How do you get all three columns, specifically the navigation one(first column)?

    The navigation column has always been there...and as for the three columns I just resized the Preview Pane to shrink down the middle column...

    You've to go and set it in your explorer tab =>Organize=>Show Visualization Panel
