Stuck please help

Dear forum experts

I use Windows 7
I had a put a ONE user name which was taken as administrative account
Each time start the laptop, it used to wait for me to press enter [i did not require to enter password]

I went to start --> run --> control userpasswords2
and then, foolishly, i deleted the ONLY user account

Now, it asks for the username and password [which does not exit] and if I type in my old username and login - failed
username and most likely passwords - failed

I am stuck in that page

please help
thanks a lot

Hi Gagan,

You could try just Administrator without a password.
Try this tutorial Reset User Account Password - Vista Forums

Hope that helps

Wonderful advice. I know what is in that tutorial and I think that it will work. Once you get up and running, again, take some precautions. Make a password reset disc, have a second adm account and don't make unnecessary changes to the password. We have all made mistakes, the trick is to learn and benefit from them.
