Do you have an extra monitor cable around just to eliminate that? Unlikely I guess, but possible.

Well, to us it's leaning toward Monitor, just the fact the pictures u posted where declared fine by the majority of us, hence it's something with the display.

Check Windows Updates for newer video or monitor drivers.

Then research those drivers and try any newer or beta, or the next oldest.
