what's wrong with my computer? :(

This afternoon, I've installed a program. And I got wrong when I right click on a .exe file, then Open with that program (I set that software default to open exe file).
Then I uninstall that program. After restart the computer, I can't log in to my windows 7. The black screen with "Invalid system disk, replace the disk and press anykey..".
I try to install Ubuntu. Fortunately, I can log in to my computer with Ubuntu.
I've just log in to windows 7 and It's successful. But I can't open any .exe file.
Can you help me plz? I don't have any windows 7 DVD. I just have 7100_x86 iso file.
I've just opened firefox by opening another program with firefox I can't open it directly. Thanks!

It would help to know the program that caused the problem. Is it anything that might have changed the boot priority in the BIOS?

Use system restore to go back prior to the problem. That is the best way at this point.
