Windows 7: Losing tow features

Vista SP2 X64 Ultimate
Losing tow features

1 week after installing Win. 7 some effects missed:
1.that while vibrating window happens.(hide other windows)
2.which while window & screen border meet happens.(window resizing)
I think it caused after installing a program but i don't know which.
how could i enable these features?
