    Libraries

    Hello,

I've Created a new Partition of 35GB, I used to have all my music/Documents in the Library which is under the C:/ directory.

Now I want to use my new Directory (K:/) to store all my documents but how can I use it ? I meant if I want to add new photos or Videos they'll still be in the C:/ Directory.

How can i make all the Videos and photos in the library to be under the new Directory?

    * Another Question : what files to Backup ? Program Files? or all the C:/ directory ?

    Thanks

In each of the Libraries sections, right click what category u want, properties and click "Include a Folder".

    Library - Include a Folder

As for backups, you have a choice of system image backup or backup of files/folder. Which do u need?

Open a window from the Documents link on the right side of the Start Menu, then right click any library that you want to move. From the Location tab of Properties, select the Move button, and then browse to the location that you want to move the library and select it.

what's the Difference ? Image Backup seems cooler I just need backup of the important Files. because in the C:/ I have Videos and photos and other things that are not important so no need to backup them.

    Thanks

I would do both types. The system image backup should be done after you are totally happy with your system, this is an entire hdd backup. This backup will allow u restore your system should something major happen. Do this backup once every say 2 months. I would keep the original, and only keep 2 subsequent backups of these types.

The other type of backups is entirely up to you (as it the first type), what you want to backup and how often, only you can decide. Have a read on the tuts and give it a go.
