    When do u need to remove build 7100?


    1. how do i find the expiry date for this build.

    2. which folder are data that i need to back up?

    3. is it worth getting 64-bit for 4 Gb ram, or do i have 1GB unusable ? LOL

    Open a command window and type:
    slmgr /xpr

    7100 will start expiring March 2010, unuseble by June, All your personal files, pic's, music, doc's, etc. 32bit or 64bit are a matter of opinion (and everybody's got one), if your comp is 64bit ready you can use it, but there are some draw backs, drivers, prog's etc but if your computor literate you can figure it out, if not 32bit is the way to go. My 2 cents.

    Type into the Start, slmgr.vbs -dlv wait for the popup to show your expire date.
