Thank you for your link , but is this gonna work if i can't use that locked computer i am using my brothers computer now .
If i am understanding everything right , then i just create that cd from this computer , and put it in that computer , set trough bios that he reads disc fist and then my password will reset or what ?

The information and procedure's all explained on the link, I'm sorry if English isn't your first language and it's awkward to understand - but there's not a lot I can do about that...

You can try the solution from this post:

Locked out of my laptop

Basically you will need to use another computer, such as the one you are using to type your questions. Then you can download the ntpasswd (the same would apply to other solutions in that thread) and burn it to a blank CD. Then boot your locked computer from this CD, run ntpasswd and follow instructions. Their website is full of helpful information as well. If your computer does not boot from CD's automatically, then you'll have to go into BIOS and select the optical drive as the primary boot device.

What this program does, it simply overwrites the encoded password file. The simplest thing is to replace your forgotten password with a blank - i.e. after this you will not need to type anything into your login window, just go ahead and press return there.

This has worked for me in the past. As the program seems to be compatible with Windows 7 now, it should solve your problem, but please tell us about your results.
