Where are startup-folders in Win-7?

    For the All Users folder, you need to uncheck the option Hide protected operating system files (Recommended) as described here Hidden Files and Folders - Show or Hide

    And alter its permissions to gain access to it.

    As far as i can see there is no need to show hidden folders.

    When in need to add programms to the startup folder (even if you cannot see the All users folder) :

    Start
    All programms
    Scroll down and find the map Startup at the bottem of the list.
    Rightclick on the map
    Select: Show all users

    (translation can be a bit messy since i use a Dutch version, but i should be very close)
