    Dead spot moving open windows

I have just noticed that I have a dead spot on the title bar where, when I click and drag the window does not drag and the cursor moves on it own. It is just to the left of the minimise/maximise/full screen buttons on the upper right of the window. and extends about half the length of the search box, it esumes working just under the minimise button. Anyone elses do this?

So far one yes and one no. We need a deciding vote, I do not have that dead spot.

Well if you don't have the dead spot either, it's 2 no, 1 yes.
