Force Shut Down

Hi, I'm running Windows 7 Premium 64bit.
I have a small program, which I want to keep, called PC Probe II.
It monitors the temp and fan speeds of my Asus motherboard.
The problem is........every time I shut down my PC I'm getting a message which says
"1 program still needs to close (PC Probe)" waiting for program...do you want to force shutdown?"
I click on force shutdown and it closes.
Is their any way of setting the program so that I don't get the warning?
Thanks !
Graham

Hi,

* It seems the program does not respond to close immediately for the shut down command. Hence, you can manually close this application before you hit shut down

* For some programs this may occur and nothing to worry about it !

Close the program first and then shutdown. Or, wait for Windows to terminate the process, rather than clicking force shutdown.

I have the exact problem but wasn't fixed, as I already have that version installed. I'm at the point now where I just want to uninstall PC Probe and look for other software as its very annoying to come back hours later to see your computer still on. Is there another way to automate the shutdown procedure for this program? Can I change a setting somewhere that will allow the program to just close first go? Surely someone has a perfect solution to this messy shutdown prog? Thank you

CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting it's free and I use it on an Asus mainboard.

Thanks but I'm already using that one. The reason I like PC probe is that it sits on top of windows, and its small format eg. CPU / MB / FAN is all I need. If anyone knows about a fix for this problem please let me know.
