Unable to Connect to Host is refering to your Host file
Check whether it has right Host IP
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc there Host open with Notepad and the Last line should say
# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
# 127.0.0.1 localhost
# ::1 localhost
my error is 127.0.0.1:4664. What does the 4664 refer to?
