Check whether it has right Host IP

Go To
C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc there Host open with Notepad and the Last line should say
127.0.0.1 localhost
Not the last line, but it is there;

# localhost name resolution is handled within DNS itself.
# 127.0.0.1 localhost
# ::1 localhost

my error is 127.0.0.1:4664. What does the 4664 refer to?

Windows search is rather anemic and time consuming. I discovered this little utility in my travels, I don't know how it does what it does but its speed will amaze you!
