Welcome to SF!

You will need to extract the rar file, and create a new zip file. Use Rar Extract Frog or a similar program to extract the RAR. You can then create a new zip folder from the New menu on right-click.

They are 2 different types of files. What is your aim in this? If you want a self-extracting archive, you'll need to unrar the file, then use winrar to create a self extracting archive, which will have an .exe extension instead of .rar.

.rar is just another type of zip file. Use an extractor like WinRar to extract the .exe inside.

When you create a RAR check on the Box that says "Create SFX archive" then it will create with an EXE extension

When i downloaded the file it had no (file tyoe or extension)
I thout it had to be .rar file, so i writed in the end of name .rar
I accepted the file changing warning
It didnt worked, latter i finded out that the file, haded to be with .exe end, but not inside .rar file :/

If I understand that correctly, all you need to do is rename the file again as an exe. If you can, check it with an antivirus program before running it , otherwise you can run it through the single file scanner at VirusTotal - Free Online Virus and Malware Scan .
