    I need some help on creating a Short Cut On desk top for " Advanced System Settings "

    Here's what you can do:

    Enter shell:::{ED7BA470-8E54-465E-825C-99712043E01C} into the start menu and press enter.

    Scroll down to near the bottom, in System Settings, and find View Advanced System Settings. Drag-n-drop it to the desktop.

    There you go!

    Edit: It looks as if others have beat me to the reply, and given better ways to do it. My way will work, it will just take longer.

    I use Advanced System Settings a lot, and I really appreciate the hotkey: Winkey+Pause
