    Issue Signing On

Hey guys, I have Windows 7 installed, and I created four profiles, three for the kids, and the other for the wife. But, when my one child trys to access her account, and clicks her icon, it says "Welcome," then a couple seconds later, it shows, "logging off." Then it goes back to the screen with all of the profiles.

    Anybody know why?

Try making a new account, it could be corrupted.

If that does not work, we will have to try the more difficult remedies.

To digress: I see the Yankees insginia. Worked in the stadium selling dogs, soda, beer, for 6 years. Loved those Yanks Mantle, Maris, . Have an official lineup card.

I agree sounds like it's corrupted to me this also happens with infection but usually affects all accounts when winlogon.exe and usernit.exe are infected

That was the first thing I tried to deleted the account, created a new one, it would work fine for a couple times, then randomly, maybe an hour later, it stops working again.

A lineup card from back in the day? That has to be awesome! You have to scan and email me that!

that's weird only affecting that account?

what about user files for that account are you moving files belonging to that account when you create a new one if so run some scans on the machine to make sure it's clean

I know there are no viruses, I upgraded with a complete install, so everything was wiped out.

I would gladly email the card, but no scanner. I was in the Original stadium hundreds of times. Moved to CT, never been to the renovated or the new one now.

Back to business. Lets try this go to the search by the start button. Type cmd
when you see the cmd prompt, right click and chose run as administrator.

In that prompt type sfc /scannow. This should fix small problems. Then try the new account.
