    OHHH! Too much information for me Just say that it will perform better , faster or not on a same card nearly same visual settings compared to dx9. I think dx9 is far enough nowdays. But if dx10 or 11 is faster on the same level, then they're really better. For example Crysis was ran better in DX10 Vista than DX9 XP, for me! But in DX9 Vista it ran worse than XP, so I suppose DX10 is faster in that way

    Hello all...

    WEI reports that my DX version is 10.
    Dxdiag reports version 11.

    So, which is it?

    WEI only shows up to DX10. One of those MS quirks.
    If your showing DX11 in Sys Info you have it.

    So your up to date.

hi :) i have ASUS K42JP, with AMD Radeon HD 6570M (2GB) this is Performance info, in system rating window which says directX version is 10 http://imageshack.us/a/img222/4804/pito.jpg and here is dxdiag which says its version is 11 :shock: http://imageshack.us/a/img842/379/dxdiagy.jpg
i have problems in some games. they require directx 9.0c . i already downloaded the directx 9. unfortunately, the same problem occurs. they can't detect my directX. i ownder if i can switch my directx version.
The Registry value InstalledVersion in "LocalMachine\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\DirectX" can not get the right DirectX version, only 9.0, how to get the right one? thank you.
