    Weird Bug?


    Well I have been using Windows 7 for some time now, I bought it the 2nd day it was out. But today the old water marks that were present during beta appeared. I did a fresh install and I am not sure how this happened.




    From when I installed until yesterday I have never seen this. I am not really up to reformatting, but will do so if needed.

Whenever I open something, say IE, its not the active window. It will open, and sit on the front of the screen, however i cant type in it unless I click it to activate the window... Also, folders keep popping up behind everything, and new windows open behind the active window. I want the new window...
