The older one is 4.5 years old and he has been able to repair the internet connection on his own after watching me. He unplugs the router and then plugs it back in then waits for the connection to come back. He loves Agame, a website that holds loads of games to play online for free. I decided to give up password protecting the wife's computer as she always wrote it down and he could read the letters and numbers so he figured out how to log in. At least they know not to mess with my PC.

Ever see the "Your Baby Can Read" commercials?
    Well, "Your Baby Can Surf".

Time for you to learn how to use the parental controls.
Trust me, learn how to use them.

Well the parental controls are much more powerful than just history monitoring.
    You should check it out.
