Password needs to be changed message

Does anyone know how to stop Windows 7 bugging me that the password needs to be changed every ??? days/weeks/months ?

I've had these some times, even when I don't have a password assigned for the admin account, it still shows me "Your password is about to expire and needs to be reset" every so often...

If you are getting a password expired message on an account with no password, you have deeper system problems. A repair install might help.
